The Kansas City Chiefs may have just gotten a great opportunity. A report from Pro Football Talk, San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates will not play Sunday against the Chiefs. While it is true, it is a great breakthrough for the Chiefs. WR Vincent Jackson, and together with RB Mike Tolbert, Gates is one of the most dangerous receiving for the Chargers.
The loss of S Eric Berry would be many fans of Chiefs tight end on the door and not to worry that much easier to work. I'm not saying this means that leaders are suddenly favored in this game - they are still a big underdog - but it's a good break for KC.
Gates always seems to play a role in the Chargers-Chiefs game. Gates was originally made, after not practicing all week, so we play there was a chance he would not know the question.
